Academy competes at London Youth Games trials.

Congratulations to the following girls on competing at the recent Southwark Schools Cross Country Championships and London Youth Games Trials on Tuesday October 8th at Peckham Rye Park.

All girls put in a huge effort, competing against some of the best runners in ten schools across the borough.

The following girls competed in two under-age categories

Under 13 Girls, 2000m: Jade Packman (Year 7), Jamilla Dauda (Year 7), Lauryn Tomlin (Year 8), Amber Samuels (Year 8), Sanatha Sylla (Year 8), Suprina Hasa (Year 8)

Under 15 Girls, 2000m: Sharday Reid (Year 9), Esther Olutu (Year 9), Cliché Cameron (Year 9), Feminatu Mansaray (Year 9), Chenoray Edwards (Year 9), Ariel Blue (Year 9), Ayowande Ayeni (Year9), Thian Yap (Year 9), Stevieleigh Newby (Year 9) and Hayley Iveson (Year 9), Ellie May Watson (Year 9).
