Praise Overheard on a London Bus
Ms Thomson, Teacher of Art/Photography writes: "On a Year 9 trip to the Royal Academy, I had two members of the public come up to me to personally say how impressed they were with the behaviour and attitude of our girls.
One gentleman was surrounded by them on the long bus journey into Piccadilly and he said that they were very entertaining and brightened up what would have been a long and dull journey!
The second was a lady at the Royal Academy who was sat amongst the girls whist they were eating their lunch. She said that she was an ex-headteacher and had asked the girls what they were doing here. She was impressed with how polite and eloquent they were.
I thought I would pass on those positive comments as it’s always lovely to hear that our girls are representing the academy so well."
Well done, everyone!
