Great Results from our Year 13 - Details and Pictures

We’re delighted that our Year 13 students achieved some excellent results, which were announced today.

This year has seen some phenomenal achievements and an overall improvement in grades, with 55% being A*, A or B and virtually all vocational qualifications being graded at Distinction or Distinction*.

We are incredibly proud of our girls and glad that their hard work and commitment has paid off. The vast majority will now attend university from September, many being the first in their families to do so. Others will take up prestigious apprenticeships on the basis of their excellent results. Congratulations girls, on such great achievements, and good luck for the future.

AshleighAshleigh, who achieved A*A B for Psychology, History and Maths will attend King’s College London to study adult nursing.

She has been offered the Harris Federation IGY Bursary, Silver Award, which will help towards the cost of her studies.

Kaileigh and NuraNura, who achieved A* for her Extended Project and 3 A grades in English, Religious Studies and Business, will read English at King’s. She is the first in her family to attend university.

Kaileigh, who achieved A A B, will study Psychology at Goldsmiths. Although she received offers to attend Russell Group universities, she chose to attend Goldsmith because it has one of the best Psychology departments in the country.

Patrycja will read Psychology at King’s. We’re delighted that we continue to maintain such a strong link with King’s College London and that the King’s Scholars Programme, which runs from Key Stage 3, will continue to strengthen this relationship and offer our girls fabulous opportunities.

Camila will study Biomedical Sciences at London Metropolitan University, whilst Yolanda takes on the challenges of a degree in Early Years Education at the University of Greenwich. Deanna will study Criminology and Youth Justice at Middlesex University. Shanaya is also on her way to Middlesex University to study Sports and Exercise Science, having secured Distinctions for her Extended Diploma in Sport.

Siraq and SadekaOur diploma students in ICT and Business were also very successful, with both Siraq and Sadeka achieving Distinction* for all elements of their courses.

Sadeka will study Business Management at Westminster University and Siraq will study accounting and finance at Kingston.
