FREE Online Training for MUMS in How to Use IT
The charity Techmums has created a great series of free resources to help mums develop their tech skills over the summer.
The mini-modules aim to help mums explore IT at their own pace or with a group of friends or family members. There are modules on getting started with the internet and email, staying safe online, social media, how to bank online, and more.
Each mini-module takes around 20 minutes and you can do the sessions on your mobile phone or any other device, and the content is straightforward and clearly presented.

Techmums was founded by the inspirational Dame Sue Black, who is today a well-known professor of computer science, but at the age of 25 was a single mother to three children living in a women's refuge. She enrolled in night school, and eventually earned her PHD aged 39. The goal of her charity is to help other mothers become familiar, confident, and excited about the use of technology in their personal, professional, and parenting lives.
