We appreciate this is a challenging time for our families, with the vast majority of pupils accessing their education remotely from home.

We know that access to appropriate devices and WiFi is a barrier to many families. The academy has various avenues to support your family at this difficult time. If you require support with devices or access to WiFi or data, please email info@harrisdulwichgirls.org.uk and your request will be processed and we will offer what support we can.

Please note that this support is subject to strict government eligibility criteria and we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated on that basis.

The support might take various forms:

• The loan of a device such as a chrome book or small laptop to access online learning
• A voucher from BT to access their WiFi hotspots for free until July
• Additional free data from your phone network provider if you do not have fixed broadband at home, are learning at home and are eligible for FSM or suffering financial hardship
• The loan of a data dongle with enough data to access online learning
