Harris In Harmony Choir Performs At Excel Centre
Three pupils from Harris Girls’ Academy East Dulwich have been chosen to sing in the Harris in Harmony choir, which is returning to perform at the Excel Centre as part of the Harris Federation conference on Friday 14th October.
Tomi, Yarr and Chloe have been outstanding at the two rehearsals so far and will continue to shine on the day, when they will sing in front of close to 4,500 teachers and other staff from across the Federation.
Harris in Harmony is made up of over 150 voices from primary and secondary academies across the Federation, and some of their music teachers too. All will blend their dulcet vocals together to ‘Bring the house down’, we are sure!
Harris in Harmony is following in the footsteps of HGAED’s inspirational choir, which led the way by performing at the first ever Harris Federation teacher conference way back in 2008. We were a big surprise! There was not a dry eye in the building after our amazing performance. We are sure Harris in Harmony will have a similar impact on the listeners!
