Mental Health Ambassadors Speak About Our 'Be Well Hub'
Our Mental Health Ambassadors had the privilege of speaking about their work to establish a 'Be Well Hub' at the school, during the South London Listens Accountability Assembly earlier this month.
Our Be Well Hub is a safe place for people to have open and supportive conversation about their mental wellbeing
The Accountability Assembly is an event where South London community leaders and key decision makers from the NHS and local authorities come together on World Mental Health Day to renew their commitments to the South London Listens mental health pledges.
This was an immense opportunity for our students to speak about the work they have put into running a successful Be Well Hub to improve mental health in our school community. It was also a chance to witness what other organisations are doing to improve mental health in their communities whilst holding to account the decision makers. This was a very powerful event, because mental health matters.
