A-Levels up and up
A-level grades at Harris Girls’ Academy East Dulwich get better and better.
This year, 100% of candidates achieved at least three A-level passes and 83% of these passes were graded A–C.
Top candidates included: Sophia Bajwa, AAA in Maths, Psychology and Business Studies; and Comfort Ogbonnaya, BAA in History, Psychology and Chemistry. They have won places at Surrey and St Andrews Universities respectively.
The average grades achieved by our students were AAB – good enough for them to choose the course and university that best suits their talents.
An important feature of GCSE results day is signing up successful students for post-16 courses. “We are very pleased that so many of our students have chosen to stay on at the academy for A-levels and are aiming for places at top universities,” says Principal Jane Fletcher.
