NHS Careers Event for Health & Social Care Students

Guy's Hospital event

Students with their sights set on a career in healthcare were selected to attend an event at Guy’s Hospital where they heard health profesionals talk about their career paths.

Speakers included a physiotherapist, nurse, dentists, an NHS manager and a junior doctor. After the initial talks, students were invited to mingle with representatives from various departments and conversations ranged from what grades you would need to pursue a particular career to setting-up work experience.

With phenomenal views from the Tower Wing of Guy’s, the stage was set for some very bright futures!
