The Wellbeing Hub from Teen Tips
The academy has recently launched ‘The Wellbeing Hub from Teen Tips’ with students – a trusted online resource designed to support student’s mental and emotional health.
The Wellbeing Hub offers a wide range of tools, tips, and expert advice tailored to teenagers, helping them navigate challenges like stress, exam pressure, relationships, and self-esteem.
With interactive content, mindfulness exercises, and access to professional support, the Hub empowers students to take control of their wellbeing and build resilience.
We encourage all students to use the platform to enhance their mental health, boost confidence, and thrive academically and personally.
We will be sharing a link with parents in the Spring Term which will give you unlimited access to tools and resources which will support you with supporting your child’s mental health and emotional wellbeing.
